Welcome to Smart Vision Technologies. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Smart Vision Technologies, an official dealer of electronic and security products. Our website and online store are powered by Shopify to provide a streamlined and secure shopping experience (“Services”).

1. ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance by Smart Vision Technologies. Orders are confirmed only after full payment and email confirmation.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted once an order is confirmed.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices may change without notice. Final billing includes applicable taxes and shipping charges.
You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Brief description of the issue

Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If approved, a replacement may be provided; however, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

6. WARRANTY TERMS

Smart Vision Technologies is an official dealer. All products carry manufacturer warranties only.

  1. Warranty duration is typically between 6 months to 1 year depending on the product.
  2. Warranty terms are clearly stated on the product description and on your invoice.
  3. No additional or separate warranty is provided by Smart Vision Technologies.

Important:
a. Retain your original invoice for warranty service.
b. Warranty is void if the invoice is missing or not presented at the time of claim.

7. SERVICE & INSTALLATION POLICY

Smart Vision Technologies does not provide any service, installation assistance, or after-sales technical support (whether through phone, email, remote access, or physical visit).
All service, installation, and warranty-related matters must be handled directly with the manufacturer as per their official terms.
No installation warranty is provided under any circumstances.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, images, descriptions, and layout, is the property of Smart Vision Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. LEGAL JURISDICTION

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the courts located in Vasai.
